We currently sell the full lines of D&D 4th Edition, Pathfinder, Shadowrun, Dragon Age, Traveller, and many other popular tabletop role-playing games.  We also stock a large variety of more independent games at any given time, including licensed properties like Serenity, Doctor Who, the DC Universe RPG, Smallville, Marvel Heroic, and Lord of the Rings.  Plus creator-original games like the Burning Wheel, you can find something new to play every time you come in!

The best part?  We offer a unique buying program (just like with our board games), in which every fifth RPG book you buy with us is FREE!!  We keep track of your purchases in-store, so even if it takes you a couple of years to buy your first four, you’ll get the fifth one free when you come in (with a spending limit equal to the average of your first four books).  Any book you buy must cost at least $20 to qualify for this program.

We also run RPG events, mostly “drop-in” sessions that allow players to participate in any given week, without having to commit to an ongoing campaign.   A full listing of upcoming games is on the RPG calendar below.  You can also hit our RPG forums to find the game you might like to try.

Introducing the RPG Rewards Points program!!

You can also earn rewards just for playing RPGs here at Clem’s:  Players and DM’s (game runners) are rewarded with points that you can redeem for heavy discounts on store purchases – up to 50% off a receipt, and if you really save up your points for a while, that can add up to quite a bit!

Reward points cannot be combined with other store coupons or offers.  Also, these reward points are only distributed for games that are on the calendar below – games that are organized and sponsored by Clem’s.  While we welcome private groups and games to start their own campaigns on the side, we do not distribute reward points for private games.

Below is the very basic points system we are starting with this week, this will probably rotate and evolve over time.

• Attend and play in a standard RPG game:  2 reward points
• Attend and RUN a standard RPG game:  5 reward points.
• Bring a new player to an RPG event at Clem’s:  5 reward points.  A new player is one who has not participated in a Clem’s RPG event before, and has not accumulated any points.
• Purchase 2 RPG books, valued at $20 or more each, during an RPG event = 7 reward points.
• Spend at least $10 on dice = 3 points.

You may cash out when you hit either of the following thresholds.  You can cash in multiples of these, like 50 or 75 points, but your discount on any particular sale can never be more than 50% off the total receipt:

• 15 reward points = $10 store credit
• 25 rewards points = $20 store credit

Interested in starting up a new organized game that will be sponsored by Clem’s?  Talk to us!  We are primarily interested in sponsoring games that have a “drop-in” aspect to them – IE, players do not need to attend every session from week-to-week, in order to come and enjoy any particular session.
